Welcome to the Linn-Mar Community Schools Online Payments Portal!


Linn-Mar uses InTouch for its online payment system.  Parents/Guardians can use the site to

  • Pay student fees
  • Add lunch money
  • Purchase yearbooks
  • Instrument rental
  • Check purchase history

 

Parents/Guardians will need a PowerSchool account to access the online payment portal.  If you do not have a PowerSchool parent account, please contact your school’s office to get one set up.

 

If you do have an account, please log in here and follow the steps below.  This CANNOT be accessed using the PowerSchool Mobile App.

 

Once you are logged into PowerSchool, scroll down to Purchases and Payments in the left-hand column

 

  1. To add lunch money, you only need to select one of your students.  Any money deposited will go into a family account balance, and can be accessed by all students on your account

    Please note: All Linn-Mar students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch meals during the 2021-22 school year.  This does not include a la carte items or individual milk purchases.

    1. Click on Available Items
    2. Click on Meal Money
    3. Select the dollar amount you would like to deposit and click on BUY
    4. Click on Checkout at the top of the page to complete your purchase

       

    If you wish to pay fees/make other purchases at this time, click on the Your Family tab at the top left corner of the screen to add items to your cart

     

  2. To pay fees, you will need to select each student separately.  Unpaid fines/fees are listed in red at the top of the student’s page
    1. Select the student
    2. Click on View
    3. Check the box under Pay
    4. Click on Pay Selected Fines/Fees
      1. If you have additional students, click on the Your Family tab at the top left of the screen and select the next student you wish to pay fines or fees for
    5. Checkout to complete your purchase

       

  3. To make other available purchases, you will also need to select each student separately
    1. Click on Available Items
    2. Select from the categories to add items to your cart
    3. Go to Your Family to add purchase items for additional students
    4. Checkout to complete your purchase

 

Deposits should be made by 9:00 am to guarantee availability by lunchtime.
